Running a small business is demanding. Keeping products, orders, information and a website accurate and working well takes constant care, and we do not always get everything right.

Buy First Nations is built on continuous improvement. We welcome constructive feedback about what is confusing, inaccurate, missing or not working as it should. If an experience has fallen short, an explanation needs correcting, or you can see a better way to do something, we want to hear about it.

A business like this grows through the people around it: customers, creators, suppliers, educators and Community members who share ideas, contribute knowledge and hold us accountable. That input helps us improve. We remain responsible for what we publish, sell and deliver.

There is a growing amount of information on this website, particularly about important dates, history and culture. We take care with that information, and we value people letting us know when something needs a closer look. A correction, a useful source, a different perspective or a practical suggestion can make a real difference.

We will review feedback respectfully, check information that needs correcting and use what we learn to improve the website and the business. Constructive criticism is particularly valuable to us because it shows where we need to do better.
